q: Which bodyblade exercises will help me gain definition in my abs? - Natalie I., Venice, CA

A: There are two great exercises to help you strengthen your core: Hip and Thigh Sculptor and Ab Crunch. Add rotation to both in the standing and seated positions. As a bonus, take the Hip and Thigh Sculptor overhead so you are driving the Bodyblade in the narrow side position from side to side. This requires tremendous core and abdominal strength, and you'll see great results.
