FREE Spinning® Class Pass

Thank you for offering to provide Customers to Spinning.com, and specifically, your Official Spinning Facility listing, a Free Spinning Class Pass. If you do not agree to the Agreement in its entirety, you are not authorized to participate in this lead generating program. Spinning provides users with an opportunity to apply for facility-related products, services and memberships ("Spinning Services"), as offered by Spinning affiliated third-party facility business operators (the "Spinning Service Providers") (i.e., licensees, otherwise known as Official Spinning Facilities). To apply for Spinning Services as offered by the Spinning Service Providers, Customers must fully complete the applicable registration forms located at the Site ("Registration Forms"). The information that they must supply on the Registration Forms includes, but is not limited to: 1) his or her first name; 2) last name; 3) email address; and 4) phone number (collectively, the "Registration Data"). Upon submitting this Registration Data, Spinning will transfer such Registration Data to the applicable Spinning Service Provider in connection with facilitating the request for the applicable Spinning Services. The Spinning Service Providers may require additional information from the Customer in order to complete the applicable transaction (e.g., mailing address; signed waiver or release of liability). Facility membership application approval, and the ultimate terms and conditions of any product or service provided by one of the Spinning Service Providers, as applicable, will be determined by that entity. The Customer has agreed to provide true, accurate, current and complete Registration Data. Spinning and the applicable Spinning Service Providers each have the right to reject any Registration Data where it is determined, in the sole and exclusive discretion of Spinning and the applicable Spinning Service Providers, that: 1) the Customer is in breach of the Agreement; and/or 2) the Registration Data provided by the Customer is incomplete, fraudulent, a duplicate or otherwise unacceptable. Spinning and the applicable Spinning Service Providers each may change the Registration Data criteria at any time, in their sole discretion. Please be advised that Spinning does not itself own or operate any facility or health club locations, and the ultimate terms and conditions of any facility membership, product or service provided by one of its Spinning Service Providers will be determined by that entity.
